In MediBooks there are a couple of different ways to create invoices. This article will provide a brief overview of each of these methods and where to find more information, as well as how to use the invoice screen.
The most common way create invoices is by creating individual invoices from the accounts of each customer/business. This can be useful for creating invoices for appointments or services provided to customers.
If you are looking to create an invoice for a customer this is likely what you are looking for. To learn how to do this please read: Creating Individual Invoices
It is also possible to bulk create invoices for multiple customers at once by using one of the below methods:
- Invoices can be created for selected members of third parties. Information on this can be found inside our Creating Invoices Using Third Parties article.
- Using Billing Tasks you can create charges for multiple customers at once based off their billing task. To learn about this please read our Creating Invoices Using Task Scheduling article.
- Customers can be grouped together, these groups of customers can then be invoiced. To learn about this please read our Creating Invoices Using Customer Grouping article.
