Training

We offer free online training over Teams on the Bill Payment Service. This consists of two sessions,  one aimed at the Back Office and one for the Front Desk.
  1. The Back Office session will cover the entire service, including setting up the service and everything needed to send and reconcile payments.
  2. The Front Desk session will cover sending payment requests and updating customers' communication details.
Generally, we will reach out to practices once CityPay have completed the sign up process however, if you would like to arrange training please email: Support@EnhancedTechnology.co.uk

Before training can take place please ensure you have:
  1. The required CityPay details and that your IP has been whitelisted as described in the Requirements section of this article: Setting up the Bill Payment Service
  2. A test patient with a valid email address and mobile that the person completing the onboarding will have access to.
