Quick Bills

Quick Bills

Quick bills can be used to raise bills for frequently billed items for the patient currently selected in the medical system. To learn how to setup quick bills please read the article here: Configuring Quick Bills

To create a quick bill click on the bottom half of the Sync Customer button and select an item.

This will open the quick bill dialog. 
 
Select the branch and consultant if needed, then use one of the buttons on the top to choose where to send the bill
  1. Front Desk - Send the bill to the Front Desk, allowing Front Desk staff to identify and take payment for the bill.
  2. Post to Account - Send the bill directly to the customer's account, this will appear as outstanding on the account and ageing debt reports.
  3. Print Invoice - Post the bill to the customer's account and display the invoice
  4. Receive Payment - Post the bill to the customer's account and open the payment screen.
  5. Payment Request - Post the bill to the customer's account and configure/send a payment request to the customer.
