Sorting Results by Column

There are two ways in which you can sort results by Column:

By Column Header:

Click on a column header to arrange all data in the Report to be sorted by the this column in ascending or descending order.

Using Group by Box:

Right-click a column header and select [Group By Box] from the menu.

Drag a column header into the box to order the Report by that column.This rearranges the report to display by the column header dragged into the box.

Additional columns can be dragged into the box to further define the data.
