Sorting Results by Column
There are two ways in which you can sort results by Column: By Column Header: Click on a column header to arrange all data in the Report to be sorted by the this column in ascending or descending order. Using Group by Box: Right-click a column header ...
Moving Columns
Click and hold the left mouse button over a column header then drag the column to a different location. Arrows will appear to show what position the column will move to. Release the left mouse button to complete the move.
Deleting Columns
Click and hold the left mouse button over a column header then drag the column to a different location. Release the left mouse button when the crossed-through circle appears to remove the column.
Adding Columns
Sometimes extra column choices are available which do not show up in the default view. Right click on any column header, then [Column Picker]. Left-click and hold the button on the header you want, then drag and release in the desired location.
