Attaching Watermarks/Letters to Payment Requests

The features described in this article will be available from v7.38
Watermarks and Letters can be attached to statements, while letters can be attached to invoices.
Workflow/Appointment Reconciliation Reports
After choosing the Payment Request option a dialog will appear allowing letter templates to be attached.
Statement Delivery
After choosing the statements, the following dialog will be shown.

Statement from Account
When using the statement option on a customer's account, please use the Advanced options to attach letters and watermarks to the statement.
Invoices
When sending invoices letter templates can be attached using the Letter Template dropdown at the bottom of the dialogue.
