First, open the Administration tab, then select [Payment Requests].

To ensure you have the most recent updates for the Payment Requests, use [Get Latest Status].

Using the status dropdown box, change the type of payment requests being shown to "Paid". This will display all the payment requests that have been paid but not yet posted to the customer account.

Select the payment requests you would like to post using the checkboxes. Use the top checkbox to select all.

Use [Post Payment] to open the dialog that will allow you to select the payment Branch, Method, and Till which will be used to record the payment and for certain reports.
