In MediBooks there are two different ways to change the practice header being displayed these are; editing the practice header that is currently being used and selecting a new practice header.
To edit a practice header navigate to the "Practice Header" page, which is found under the "System" tab. Fill in the different fields as required. Once you have made the desired changes select "Save". For a more detailed explanation of how to edit a practice header please read the description below.
The "Active Header" dropdown box is used to select a header to view and edit. When the header is saved, whichever header is selected here will be set to the active header. The "Description" text box is used to set the name of the Practice Header.
To download the image currently being used so it can be edited, use the "Download Image" button. To change or add an image used the "Load Image" button, and to remove the image from the practice header click "Delete Image". Images should be 846px by 119px a placeholder image with the correct dimensions can be found below. If you are looking to make small changes to the practice header, downloading the old image and changing the details as required in MSPaint can be a good way of doing this.
If you would like to remove all changes made to the header since the last save use the "Undo" button.
Within MediBooks there are two different places where the practice header can be set, "Report Headers" which is found in the system tab and is where the practice headers for manually generated documents are set. The other is the "Task Scheduling" page which is found under the Administration tab this is where the practice headers that are used for scheduled statements are set.
The Report Headers page can be found under the System tab. Once this page has been opened the selected headers can be seen on the left and the name of the document the header is used on is shown on the right. To change the practice header that is used with a document click inside the Practice header column for the relevant report and then select the arrow on the right-hand side of that box to open the drop-down box, then select the practice header you would like to use. Once you have finished updating the headers press the "Save" button in the top left corner of the screen.

The active header is the header that is that was last selected in the Practice Header tab. This can be checked by seeing which practice header is first shown when opening the tab where practice headers can be edited or created.

To do this click on the Practice header for the task you would like to edit then open the drop-down box, and then click on the practice header you would like to use.
