Creating a New User

Open MediBooks and select the System Tab. Then, open the User Management tab.



Click on [New User].



Fill in the New User Details in the boxes provided.



The [Type] field allows you to select what type of user you are creating.

The [Access Control] field allows you to select the level of functionality this user should have.

Receive Admin Notes indicates whether or not the user receives billing task reminders and message.

Click [Claims] to add Prescriber/Rebate information.

Once you are satisfied with the information provided, click [Save]


After the "System User" dialog has closed click [Save] again.

In order to sync MediBooks with EMIS, permissions will need to be set up using the EMAS manager as well. More information on how to do this can be found here: EMIS API.
