Credit Note

A Credit Note can be used to reverse an invoice on an account.

Select the required Customer, Business or Third Party, then click [Credit Note].


This will open the Credit Note Screen:


Double Click on the Item which needs to be credited.



This will add the item to the credit note, where you can add a [Reason]:

If you cannot see the item you want to credit, try adjusting the items displayed using the filter:


You can add further details to the Credit Note by completing the details in the Administration Fields:


When you have finished, click [Account] to post the Credit Note to the Customer Account.


Clicking on [Print Credit Note] will post the Credit to the account, and open the Credit Note in the Document Viewer.
