Statement Watermarks and Overdue Account Letters

Statements can be produced with overdue watermark stamps and overdue account letters attached by using the [Advanced Print] sub-menu option in the Administration -> Statement Delivery screen.

Printing a statement with a Watermark

Open the Administration tab and select [Statement Delivery].


Choose a Billing Task from the left-hand pane and then select one or more statements listed in the grid on the right. Right-click on the selected statements. A sub-menu with 2 options will appear, select the [Advanced Print] option.


The Advanced Statement Print dialog will appear,


In the Advanced Statement Print dialog, click on the Watermark dropdown. There are 2 options to choose from, either a 30 Day Overdue Stamp or a 60 Day Overdue Stamp. Select one of these options and then click on the [Print] button.


Check the "Embed Fonts" checkbox to allow people without the fonts used in the statement on their device to read the PDF. This will increase the size of the document.
Click on the [OK] button in the Statement Create dialog.


A Progress Bar will appear.


Once the statement file or files have been generated, a Save As dialog will appear. Enter the name of the file and path, then click on [Save].


The 30 Day Overdue Stamp will add the following watermark to the statement.


Whereas the 60 Day Overdue Stamp will add the following watermark to the statement.


The position of the stamp can be modified in the Account Letters section of the Settings dialog.


Overdue Account Letters

Overdue account letters can be added by selecting one of the following templates from the Letter dropdown in the Advanced Statement Print dialog.

These templates can be modified in the Letter Template dialog by clicking on the [Letter Templates] button on the System tab.


The Letter Template dialog is where the text for each letter template can be modified and where new letter templates can be created.


Data fields can be inserted into the text by using the codes in square brackets. The full list of available data fields is shown to the right of the letter body. Data fields that are related to bank account details or medical practice details can be set in the Account Letters section of the Settings dialog.
