Account Statuses

Account Statuses

There are four different account statuses that can be used in MediBooks Active, Deceased, Suspended, Closed. These statuses have an impact on Statement Runs and Invoice Creation:
  1. Active - Statement Runs and Invoice Creation will work normally.
  2. Deceased - No new invoices can be raised and these accounts will not be included in Statement Runs.
  3. Suspended - Can raise bills but will not be included in Statement Runs.
  4. Closed - No new bills and won't be included in Statement Runs.
