Sending Statements

Sending Statements

First open the desired customer's account overview. Then, click the Statement button.


The statement dialog will appear.

Account as at date - the statement will show all transactions up to this date (sort of like an end date).
Statement Style - Account style statements show all transactions while Outstanding show the unpaid charges.
Brought Forward - for Account style statements, only transactions after this date will be shown.
Practice Header - choose the image at the top of the statement.
Intended Use - External Statements will update the Last Statement date and be added to the record of sent statements.
Watermark - add a watermark to the statement.
Letter - attach a letter to the statement.
Embed Fonts - any fonts used in the statement will be included with the statement so they are visible on devices which don't have them.
