Updating a Customers Communication Details from the Front Desk

Suppose a customer is making a payment at the Front Desk and wants to update their contact details so they can have online bills sent to them in the future. In that case, this can be done by right clicking on the bill and opening the Communication Preferences dialog. 


If the customer is happy to receive online bills their Delivery Method can be set to Email, SMS or Email & SMS

If they would like different contact details from those in the Medical System (for example, if the customer has a different billing address), the Email/Mobile Preference can be changed from Main to Alternative, and the Alternative Email and Mobile filled with the correct details.
