Sending Payment Requests as Front Desk staff
One of the ways that payment requests can be posted is directly from the front desk. Bills can be individually selected and posted as required by the front desk, i.e. if a customer has forgotten their wallet or if the front desk is busy. This allows staff to quickly send bills that can be paid without having to wait for the bill to be mailed to the customer.
To send a payment request, right click on a bill and click Payment Request.
