Missing Content from Grid
Sometimes when you view a grid you may find a grid, such as a customer's account, is empty even though there should be content there. If this happens, the first thing we recommend trying is resetting the grid layout.
If this doesn't work you will need to reset the temporary grid files for MediBooks, as this involves deleting files it may require help from your practices IT department or system administrator. To learn how to do this please try following the instructions shown in our Deleting Cache Files In MediBooks article. After deleting these files navigate to the page that contains the grid, and try resetting the grid layout on the grid that was missing its content again.
If this still doesn't work, you are unsure of any of the steps or your issue differs from what's described, please get in touch with support.
