Using the Bulk Billing Pattern Change Dialog

Click [Bulk Billing Pattern Change] on the Customer or Third Party tab ribbon.



Select an item from the "Billing Pattern" dropdown, check “Zero Balance Accounts Only” or “Non Zero Balance Accounts Only” and then click on [Search]. The accounts that match the chosen billing pattern and balance requirements will be listed in the grid.



To update the billing pattern of the matching accounts, first, select the accounts that need to be updated by ticking the checkboxes in the last column on the grid.



Use the Update selected Accounts to Billing Pattern” dropdown to choose a new billing pattern for the selected accounts. Click [Update].
