Go to the Customer Tab within MediBooks.
Search for the Customer/Business required (Details of how to search are available in Searching)
Select the Customer you wish to edit by clicking on the Customer.
Within the Billing Information Tab, there are some “Drop Down” Options:
Delivery Method – Gives you a choice of how you would like to deliver the Statements. You have the option of by Post, Email, or Both. From version 7.27 of MediBooks and onwards this will also be used to reflect how Payment Requests are sent to customers and also includes "SMS" and "Email & SMS".
Billing Pattern – This gives you the option of associating the customer with a Billing Task (which can be created or run from Task Scheduling) or choosing to Bill the Customer Manually.
Statement Style – This determines whether the Statement will include all transactions or just the outstanding values.
Revenue Group –Sets which Revenue Group the customer belongs to, if used, this allows for the creation of invoices for multiple customers at once using the Customer Grouping page.
If the Customer’s billing address is different from their residential address, select the “Use Billing” tick box and complete the address details as required. An example of this is for child accounts you can use this to send bills to a parent.
