If an item is no longer needed and you wish to delete it this can be done from the global catalogue screen.
In this example, we are going to delete the Item "GP Consultation No Charge".
Make sure the lock in the top left of the screen is unlocked so you can make changes and remember to save your changes once completed by pressing the save icon also located in the top left.
Right click on the item row and select "Delete".
The following message will appear on a popup window.
"Deleting the global catalogue item will also delete all the associated prices in the schemes. Do you wish to continue?"
Click "Yes" to delete.
The item should no longer be displayed in the list.
You must click save in the top left bar for your changes to take effect.
