The text of selected bill items can be hidden from printed documents by using the Sensitive Item flag.
Marking Bill Items as Sensitive
Bill Items can as sensitive from
the Global Catalogue, alternatively, while raising or editing the bill items can be marked as sensitive from the bill item panel. To to this select the item that you would like to mark as sensitive, then, click Bill Item.
Then use the Bill Item Panel to check the Sensitive checkbox.
Changing the Text for Sensitive Items
The Alternative Service Description text box is used to change the text for sensitive items.
