Finding Customer Accounts Recently Opened by User or Time
System Audit page can be used to find all accounts accessed at a certain time or by a certain user.
This page can be found under the "System" tab. Open the page and at the top enter the date and select a user from the dropdown box if this is known. Then press [Search].
Using the "Text" column filter on the right search for "customerpatient" and set the filter parameters to "Contains". The customer ID is shown inside the brackets. You can search for customers relating to a customer ID under the customer tab.
