Finding Customer Accounts Recently Opened by User or Time

System Audit page can be used to find all accounts accessed at a certain time or by a certain user.

This page can be found under the "System" tab. Open the page and at the top enter the date and select a user from the dropdown box if this is known. Then press [Search].

Using the "Text" column filter on the right search for "customerpatient" and set the filter parameters to "Contains". The customer ID is shown inside the brackets. A screenshot of what this should look like below, some information from the table has been hidden due to its potentially sensitive nature.

You can search for customers relating to a customer ID under the customer tab.
