Import Medical System File Errors
The Medical System File import may fail, with an error message, information on the causes of these errors is shown below.
Error reading file
This error occurs when the file contains some invalid data. Examples of issues which may cause this error are:
- The config in MediBooks does not match the layout of the exported file.
- Opening the file in Excel (this may reformat the data)
- The file was exported from EMIS using the wrong settings.

- "RowNo2." is the location in the file of the error. The first row is the column headers so RowNo2 is the first line of content that MediBooks tries to import
- "Error parsing date 'Main Branch'. Expected dd-MM-yyyy", means it was expecting a date but found 'Main Branch'.
