MediBooks not syncing with EMIS

MediBooks not syncing with EMIS

If an error starting with "Client side failed to fetch the customer record..." is displayed when trying to sync MediBooks with EMIS.

If anyone else is logged into the PC with EMIS loaded please try restarting the computer then logging into MediBooks again.

Next please check the EMAS manager to confirm that the account has been enabled for syncing. This is particularly important if syncing is working as expected for some people while failing consistently for others. Instructions showing how to check the account permissions for the EMAS manager can be found here: EMIS API
