Open EMIS and select the required patient record.

To import the patient information into MediBooks, Click on the [Sync Icon] which is located within MediBooks and on your Desktop.

  • Depending on your system settings, this will give an Account Overview, create an invoice or take you to the Payment screen.
  • You can choose which option you prefer. Details of this can be found under the System Settings.
  • You will notice on the Customer tab that information on Synced customers is greyed out and cannot be modified:

If you wish to modify a customer who has been imported from EMIS, update the information in EMIS and then click the [Sync Details] button.
