Unable to Access MediBooks error in Medicus

If the message contains "Error: invalid request. Username doesn't match current user" check that the current users account in MediBooks is linked to Medicus. Instructions on how to do this are available here: Linking your MediBooks account to the Medical System

If not please try restarting the PC.

MediBooks error - Unable to start client integration.

This happens when there are multiple instances of medibooks opened, this is usually caused by multiple users logged into the PC.

To resolve this, check task manager and log out any additional users who are logged into the PC. If you are unsure how to check this please try restarting the PC instead.
Unable to start client integration. Please contact administrator. Failed to listen on prefix 'http://127.0.0.1:48123/' because it conflicts with an existing registration on the machine.
