TPP User Mapping, TPP Role Mapping and Access Mapping

For users who integrate with TPP SystemOne, there are two sets of Mapping which will need configuration:

Open MediBooks and select the System Tab.



TPP Role Mapping

Select Role Mapping from the Medical System options on the [System] Tab:

This will take you to the Role Mapping grid.


Select the Access Profile in MediBooks from the dropdown menu.


Select the User Type from the dropdown menu.



Select the Read-Only box if this is a Read-Only Profile.



Once you are happy with your settings, click [Save].

TPP Access Mapping

Select Access Mapping from the Medical System options on the [System] Tab:





This will take you to the Access Mapping grid.



Select the Permission you wish to edit in MediBooks from the list.



Select the Operator from the dropdown menu.



Select the Medical System Permissions required to Access the selected function.



You can select more than one Permission from the Medical System, but you must select whether these are [AND] or [OR] in the dropdown menu.



Once you are happy with your settings, click [Save]
