Using Booking Fees

Using Booking Fees

This article is about booking fees which are used to apply a charge to an invoice whenever "Bookable" items are added to the invoice.

The details on the charge such as the amount and what it is displayed as on the invoice can be configured in the System Setup of MediBooks, more information about this can be found on: Booking Fees

The items that should have booking fees should be marked as Bookable using the Catalogue Pricing page.

By default each customer will have Booking Fees enabled for their account, if this is disabled the booking fees will not be applied. The setting can be modified for individual customers, instructions on doing this can be found here: Setting Account Details
