Modifying Existing Customers and Businesses
Customers that have been created within MediBooks can have their details edited, if the customer has been imported from the medical system their details will be locked and cannot be changed from MediBooks.
First, go to the Customer Tab within MediBooks.
Search for the Customer/Business required (Details of how to search are available in Searching)
Select the Customer you wish to edit by clicking on the Customer.
Click Modify, then Customer Details.
Once you have opened the Customer Card, you will be able to Modify the details in the required fields.
Once you are satisfied with your changes, Click [Save].
