Deleting the Cache Files

Log off from MediBooks using the blue cross in the top left corner.

Click the [...] icon


Click [Clear Cache]

Please note: If auto login is enabled, logging on and then off can be used to access the settings.

After deleting these files you can now reopen MediBooks, before signing in you may need to Validate the MediBooks Connection before you can log back into MediBooks. If your database information has been lost please contact your practice IT support or  to reconnect it.

In addition if you use Password login you will need to change the authentication method to something other than "Password", press [Save] and then change the authentication method back to "Password" before you can login.
